These people rent work uniforms, & large entrance floor mats. They will go to other places of business that rent their products to supply cleaned products weekly. People that work here are friendly & ready to help everyone as soon as possible. I've been to several places that use UniFirst products & noticed uniforms/floor mats are always in good clean conditions.

I’m not sure if it from lack of training the sales people that make promises they can’t keep or they know once you have signed the contract that they have you unless you pay an outrageous amount of money to get out of it. Total joke of a company that could careless if you are happy or not. Plenty of golden promises with tons of excuses and the problems never solved. I wished I would have never even heard the name UniFirst at all and hope once my contract is over I never speak of it again.

Unifirst is a great company for any type of uniform needs. We use them for uniforms, mats, towels. We have been doing business with them for a number of years. We have not had any problems at all. We also order caps and shirts with our logo on them for employees. They do an excellent job on those also. You can not go wrong in using this company to meet your uniform needs. We are very pleased with them.

Take my advice and STAY AWAY from this company !!

Not very impressed at all with the service we have gotten before. When we called for pricing there was a guy come out to talk with us. His name was “Rocky” we received a quote and picked the uniforms out of a book. It took 6 weeks for the uniforms to come in. We were promised that the uniforms would be cleaned and pressed. The original quote was for 11 uniforms and a jacket. When we received the uniforms in after the first cycle of washing the pants were wrinkled badly and I called the office and they told me that Rocky was no longer working there and that the pants we have was not to be pressed. I explained to them that was pointless that we were not going to wear wrinkled pants that it looked unprofessional. Then they called back after a manager looked at the uniforms and he stated they would have to put an orange sticker on them so that the pants would be pressed and it would take about 3 weeks to get it all cycled through and we would have pressed pants after that. We still receive about half our order of pants weekly that is not pressed and wrinkled to the point I had rather my employees wear regular clothing to work instead of the wrinkled mess they send us. Then we were to get soap and I specifically asked for the cherry scented hand cleaner. The cleaner was delivered first week but has been “out of stock” since the. And we are forced to use another type that nobody likes and I still have to pay for it while going to another store to purchase had soap. Then the jacket ordeal came up. We didn’t receive our jackets and now that it is turning cold weather I called to see where they were and of course ole Rocky didn’t submit the order and nobody knows what I am talking about and the original price wasn’t including a jacket. Even after I still have the brochure where Rocky circled the items and gave us a quote on shirts, pants, and jackets with his hand writing and the price. The delivery guy we have is super nice I can not say anything negative about him but the fact the pants being wrinkled so badly and they always not knowing what is going on. This week we only got back one pair of pants because there was a mistake made on the delivery to the place where our driver picks up our uniforms so my employees didn’t have uniforms due to that. I think you are much better off to purchase uniforms than to pay for a service that only does half of what they promise and be locked into a contract that you can not get out of. Unless wrinkled pants are your thing I would stay away. Please take a look at the photos below of the pants. They were just delivered and I pulled them out of the lockers. Look how nice and wrinkled they are.

We were promised shirts with pockets for those that wanted them and when they came in there were no pockets and then told it would cost extra for the total costs. Shop rags come in a sealed plastic bag with moisture in them so you can imagine how they smell.

Rick does a great job keeping things straight for us. Reliable and easy to work with. Quick turn around when ordering new uniforms, and understanding and patient when we suddenly need to change something.

Our delivery guy is always on time. He handles his business quickly and affectively while maintaining good conversation. Five Star Rating with hopes of continuous improvement!

Good luck getting them to fix issues and heaven forbid if you want to get out of the contract because they will threaten you with legal action. They tried to make us pay over $19,000 to get out of our contract so we are stuck with them.
