I purchased a $1200 set of tires with their service plan. Sent my son for the alignment check. They wouldn't do it but rather sent him home with a $1000 estimate saying all 4 ball joints, an axel, and the very tie rod end they replaced a year ago all are bad. But the truck has 125000 miles on it. I find it hard to believe the whole front end broke at the same time
I was having some alignment issues with a Ford Taurus and took it to them, as they were the "alignment pros". Six months later I found myself at another local tire company replacing my brand new tires that were eaten up by a horrible alignment. This tire company explained to me what Geno's did wrong, and properly aligned my car.
That was a lot of money thrown away for shoddy work. I won't be back.
