My wife bought a used vehicle here, but their service manager is too busy with sidelines to properly manager their shop. We ended up taking her vehicle elsewhere for repairs!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with the owner!!! The salesman could not have been more friendly and understanding. I talked to the salesman, Tom Walden, for a week about purchasing the vehicle. I finally made the decision to drive "6" mind you "6" hours to buy this car and the morning I have my bank print the check and about to leave, Tom called to inform me another salesman had already SOLD the vehicle. I searched for 2 weeks for this specific car and finally found it just to have this happen to me! I called the owner and spoke with him about how I put my credit card down for a deposit to HOLD the car but he would not listen to me and was EXTREMELY sarcastic. Note a good judgement call on his behalf! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I could not believe they would not want to extend their "wonderful" reputation out ALL the way to Arkansas, but no.... They would not hold the car even with a deposit for me to drive "6" hours to pick up. Apparently having money $$$ in hand is more important to these people! Very upsetting! I repeat... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I can not believe they would rather have an instant car sale than to extend out into another state their business..... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
